📌If you want a commentary on this video, please turn on the subtitles and watch it. :) Let's make fluffy and moist condensed milk castella with RONI in home! ✔ Ingredients - 5 Eggs - 100g Flour (Soft flour) - 120g Sugar (40g for Yolk / 80g for Egg whtie) - 30ml milk - 30g Condensed Milk - 15g Honey - 30ml Vegetable Oil - 1ts Vanilla extract ✔ Baking (Oven) - [170℃ Preheating] - 170℃(338℉) 10min → 140-150℃(284-302℉) 35min ※1 Adjust the temperature and time according to the heat of your oven! ※2 Both wooden and metal bread molds are possible.
